Sara is a hands-on consultant who works at the intersection of customer experience and brand. Her background is in graphic design and art direction, with studies in visual communications and architecture.

Sara’s experience and unique cross-disciplinary skillset, means she’s a strategic thinker with practical solutions to the challenges facing organisations and businesses.

Over two decades Sara has applied her skillset at many scales, from brand identity for larger clients to growing local businesses. Some clients include:

Culture: Australian National Library, Australian War Memorial’s Sidney Nolan exhibition, Dungog Arts Foundation, National Archives of Australia.

For-purpose businesses: OzHarvest Juice for Good initiative, Healthabitat (Housing for Health), Dresden Vision, WEFT (women’s refugee fashion collective).

Built environment & member organisations: CRC Low Carbon Living, Green Building Council, Pharmacy Guild, NRMA Motoring & Services.

Sara was appointed to the NSW Architects Registration Board in 2020. She represents consumers and the public interest in architecture and is currently leading the design of a their new brand identity.

What’s important to me is working through the dynamics with my clients, helping them harness the power of design thinking to achieve great business and social outcomes. Sometimes that’s about streamlining their process, sometimes it’s about developing a whole new sustainable product or approach.
